When you tube music firs started I have to admit I hated the app starting a station would only give you eight songs and then it would go on repeat, I got fed up and reached out to google customer back up and definitely one of the best customer service ever, the representative that aid me out tried everything to figure out why it wouldn't auto play continuously, finally nosotros gave upwardly and the problem continued, finally google reached out to me again and asked me how my feel with the app was and I was on the verge of canceling my service merely the amazing people at google took my threat seriously and fixed the event right away, now every time I outset a station new songs continue popping up, I am definitely a happy customer and will be referring others to google instead of all the other platforms, Thanks Google for fixing the outcome I' am one happy client who will continue using your services if I had 4 thumbs they'd be style up 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
So bad
This is by far the worst app for listening to music that I take ever used. (And I take the paid subscription.) It takes a gazillion clicks to discover my recent or commonly used playlists. I don't get on the app to apply mixes some rando made, I get on to listen to MY LISTS and to find new releases. Why do I have to click like five times to reach my playlists???? And even then information technology doesn't show me the ones I've lost recently played, only the ones I've recently edited! The playlists are not sorted alphabetically. If I want to remove songs from a queue or motility them to another playlist, it's impossible to select more than than one song at in one case—I Hate THIS ESPECIALLY. Such a basic and inexcusable oversight they've had months to ready. And if I'm already listening to a list I've downloaded and then I leave WiFi, information technology complains to me that it has no connexion and needs to go to downloads, and makes me click through multiple times just to discover once more and shuffle the list I'grand already listening to. Just awful. Too google play used to show me how many times I've listened to each vocal, and that's what I looked at to find my favorite songs of the year. I don't desire a 2020 list they brand for me, I want to make my own listing! Why can't they provide this basic thing that was already offered on google play? The web app is equally frustrating. I tin can't believe nosotros really pay them to provide this bottomless level of service.

When I first got the App years ago it was great. The app is yet working wonderfully when it comes to finding songs, getting recommendations, and calculation music to a playlist. And I actually like the inclusion of accessing customs playlists. What irks me is that I'm having issues editing my playlist off the app. I'll spend time, kill a Expert bit of time, editing a playlist and it won't save! I'll hit the editing pencil icon, move songs around, hit washed, then I refresh the playlist to find that information technology'due south still the same. It'southward actually really frustrating! And I tin can't get continuous play off my downloaded playlists oftentimes. It will stop play early on in the playlist, or glitch out altogether and cease at one song. When it stops at one vocal it will unremarkably say, "unable to discover playlist." Really tired of this as well. These really shouldn't exist issues. Information technology'southward kind of the core of the App to take these functions. It's like having a picture service subscription, but you only get to watch on odd numbered days. What's the point?! Really shouldn't have to point out that the focus on the developers should exist to make certain the core services that the App provides are working as they should. Let's make sure the App does what it's advertised to do before we go ambitious.
